Refund Policy

Returns - Terms & Conditions

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. We provide 1 Year warranty for any watch bought with us.

Customer(s) must contact us via written e-communications (eg, E-mail, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp) within 7 [calendar] days from date of receipt. 

*Please do not mail out the returns before approaching us for return approval. Sending before approval may result in the rejection of request.

Upon approval, these are the following details we require inside the return parcel(s):

1) Name

2) Contact Number

3) E-mail

4) Invoice Number

Conditions to be met to approve the returns

  • Product(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, in a re-sellable condition.
  • It must be unused.
  • Should we realise that there are new damages to the product, it will be rejected without hesitation. All returns will be analysed by our professional in-house watch repair specialist.
  • Every item(s) that came together with the original product, should be returned as well. 
  • Product(s) must not be resized, serviced, and altered by any external third parties.

Legal Returns

  • LEONG POH KEE PTE LTD reserves the right to refuse and reject any returns should any conditions in the Return Policy is/are not fulfilled.
  • The items must not be worn, tempered and must be in a resell-able new condition. 
  • Approved returns will be exchanged with similar products at similar priced.
  • All approved returns must be mailed or hand-carried to us within [7] working days upon confirmation, otherwise we reserve the right to deem as invalid.
  • All custom duties / insurance are to be paid by the customer. Leong Poh Kee Pte Ltd will not be liable for any lost in transit of item(s)/good(s).
  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Should we have the same item, we will do a one for one exchange.
  • In any case that we do not have similar stock, Leong Poh Kee Pte Ltd, deem that the product is manufacturing fault, we will consider doing a refund.
  • Refund will be via the same payment method you have used during your transaction. Please allow [14] working days for your refund as different 3rd parties’ solutions have different refund policies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
